The vast majority of ELC students study more than one course: some combine multiple vocational courses with ELC, some study an English language course first and some move onto university using credit from their ELC qualification towards their degree. Did you know that you can enrol into 2 or more consecutive courses on 1 student visa?

Combine multiple vocational courses at ELC

Many students who enrol to study with us enrol into 2 (or more!) of our courses. Some reasons they do so include:
  • Wanting to gain broader skills, for example by enrolling into 1 Business course and 1 Leadership and Management course
  • Wishing to master a field, for example, by enrolling into our Certificate IV in Business and Diploma of Business.
  • Needing to complete one course as a pre-requesite to enrol into another, for example, needing to complete a Diploma of Project Management in order to qualify for our Advanced Diploma of Program Management.

Study English first

The better your level of English is, the better you will understand your lectures, benefit from your tutorials and demonstrate your understanding in your assignments. So starting your Australian journey with an English language course makes complete sense. ELC Career College works hand in hand with its sister English school, English Language Company. Both colleges share the same campus and same administration and student services team, making your enrolment process, transition and overall experience at school very easy. From your English course, you can pathway straight into any of our Certificate IIIs, Certificate IVs or Diploma courses

ELC’s courses are recognised by TAFE NSW. This means that completing some of our qualifications, such as our Diploma of Business, can get you advanced standing in a related program at TAFE.
