Unit 1: BSBHRM611 Contribute to organisational performance development

Learn to skills required to contribute to planning, developing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating organisational performance development programs. This involves ensuring the program develop and use tools to enhance learning and meets relevant stakeholder’s learning needs.

Unit 2: BSBHRM613 Contribute to the development of learning and development strategies

Learn the key skills to contribute to improving organisational learning, and the quality of training and assessment products and services. This involves contributing to strategy formation, designing, developing and implementing an organisational learning strategy, and reviewing and improving overall organisational learning and development.

Unit 3: TAELED803 Implement improved learning practice

Learn the skills and knowledge required to initiate, and implement, practices that support the improvement of learning strategies in an organisational context. This includes evaluating ways to improve learning practice, and methods for improving learning practices

Unit 4: BSBSTR801 Lead innovative thinking and practice

This unit will teach you to generate, lead and sustain innovative organisational thinking and practice. This includes generate innovative thinking and creativity, lead innovative practices, support a culture of innovation and sustain innovative thinking and practice.

Unit 5: BSBLDR811 Lead strategic transformation

Learn to analyse and lead organisational transformation and learning for strategic outcomes. This includes learning to prepare to undertake strategic change, leading strategic change and reviewing strategic outcomes.

Unit 6: BSBSTR802 Lead strategic planning processes for an organisation

Learn the skills and knowledge required to lead the development, of high-level strategic plans that serve the vision and mission of an organisation. This includes analysing the environment, identifying risks and opportunities, planning staffing requirements, succession planning, and establishing and monitoring financial and non-financial performance indicators.

Unit 7: BSBLDR812 Develop and cultivate collaborative partnerships and relationships

This unit you will learn to establish collaborative partnerships and relationships with business and industry stakeholders. This includes communicating to influence others, cultivating a new and existing partnerships, establishing positive collaborative relationships, leading the establishment of a partnership program and establishing reporting mechanisms.

Unit 8: BSBFIN801 Lead financial strategy development

This unit will teach you to lead the development of financial strategy for an organisation. This includes the use and interpretation of financial information to support business decision making, analysing and enterprise planning and the forecasting of future financial requirement.

Assessment

You will be assessed through a combination of assessment types such as written assignments, case studies, reports, group tasks, portfolios and presentations. You must successfully pass all units to complete the qualification.

Entry requirements
  • Age

    Be aged 18 years or over

  • Academic

    Successful completion of Australian Year 12 or international equivalent

  • English Level

    IELTS proficiency level of 5.5 or above or equivalent.

  • Pre-requisite

    Advanced Diploma or higher qualification from any training package in Australia, or an overseas equivalent or completed a bachelor’s degree in related fields; or equivalent work experience.

Note that students are expected to bring their own laptop or tablet for home and classroom use.
