Junior Program

Choose from one of 4 packages

ELC’s Junior program is intensive, with 20 hours tuition per week. In addition, most students choose to join afternoon activities organised by the school. Students who are travelling alone and do not have relatives or family friends to stay with in Sydney should enrol into our Package D – Globetrotter, which includes accommodation and airport transfers organised for them. Your classes

ELC’s Junior program is intensive and will help students improve their confidence, fluency and accuracy in English in a very short time. Classes consist of:

3 hours per day of General English class: these are designed specifically for junior learners with an emphasis on developing students’ oral communication skills and fluency.
1 hour per day of Global Citizen class: these classes consist of group work and projects aimed at developing each student’s teamwork, leadership & cross-cultural communication skills, all the while raising their awareness of environmental & social issues. Through this unique class, students will develop critical thinking skills and grow into global citizens.

Classes are fun and dynamic with a lot of speaking practice and maximum individual attention.

Your afternoon activities

Your Saturday activities

Your Sunday excursions

Your accommodation

(Package D only)

Most students choose to stay with one of our friendly homestay families. Families are carefully selected for their warmth, sense of responsibility and genuine interest in students. You will have your own room and follow the family life in the evening and on weekends. Mealtimes are the perfect time for you to practise your English with the family, get to know each other and learn about each other’s cultures. You will receive breakfast and dinners on weekdays and 3 meals per day on the weekend.
