Spotlight on Iglu Chatswood student residence

It has now been 4 months since we opened our 2 x 5-bedroom apartments inside the Iglu Chatswood residence and it could not have proved more popular!

• It has been very popular in sales, with many of you seeing that this accommodation option strikes a great balance of high standards, convenient location and great value for money, and therefore actively recommending it to your students;
• and it has been very popular with all students who have stayed there, with 0 complaints and only very happy students so far!!

As a reminder, the residence is located in a vibrant cosmopolitan area, with shopping malls and cinemas at its doorstep. The residence features many communal areas, including student lounges, study rooms, a courtyard with BBQ facilities, a cinema room and a gym! The apartments are shared by 5 ELC students, each enjoying their own single room with private bathroom.

The commute to ELC is very quick and reliable, with students now able to choose between 2 options. They can either:

• Commute via regular Sydney trains, taking students directly to Town Hall station, across the road from school. Total commute time of 34-min door to door, with hardly any walking outside; or
• Commute via the new high speed metro line, taking students to the new Gadigal station in the city, a 6-min walk to ELC. Total commute time of 28-min door to door.
